I'm sick. SIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICK!

So I did get sick, but not with a stomach flu. My throat started hurting yesterday afternoon and it hurts worse today and I'm having fevers and am super tired. Could someone explain to me why, when I am 100% legitimately sick, I feel guilty that I stayed home from work? We're short staffed this week, and my absence will put extra work on other people, so I guess that's why with the guilt, but I wish I could just not think about it.

I need to eat breakfast but nothing sounds good, and I'm not actually hungry anyway. Maybe I'll shower instead.
